R&M has been founded on the 20th September 2017, based on a new business model strong of a long term successful experience of its Management in construction and maintenance industrial markets.
Its value proposition is tailorized and based on a very few but important KPI’s, declined every day with a decision making process contemporarily approached “top down” and “ bottom up”, from people working on site to people working on the very top management positions and viceversa.

Mauro Iannò | R&M CEO
Mauro Iannò was born in Syracuse on December 6, 1975. He is an engineer, qualified to practice the profession, signed up on the Order Register of Engineers of the province of Syracuse. He graduated in civil and environmental engineering from the Engineering Faculty of the University of Catania (Italy). He attended the 4th executive MBA of ALTIS Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and 24 Ore Business School, obtaining the relevant diploma in 2018. He was a member of the Young Entrepreneurs group of Confindustria of Syracuse until 2001.
He has an important experience in the new construction and maintenance sector and in particular; as well as significant mastery of foreign languages. Immediately after graduation he started his professional career since 1998 in family businesses, CMIS S.r.l. and I.B.R. constructions S.r.l. companies still present in the Syracusan industrial area for over thirty years. From Piping engineer to Construction Manager, from Project Manager to Project Director until March 2016.
Mauro Iannò has, therefore, over 20 years of experience and professional competence in the metalworking sector, in the construction and maintenance, specifically of structures and process pipelines, thermal-acoustic insulation and temporary works in metal scaffolding at the service of aforementioned activities. He has managed and directed a plenty of contracts and construction sites in numerous European countries. He was the head of several companies in Italy and abroad, holding the position of Managing Director; as well as a Consortium set up among numerous companies operating in the new construction field and present in the most important Italian and international industrial areas. From 2017 to today he is the Managing Director of R&M Strategy S.r.l. at the service and support of which he has made available all his proven experience, ability, professionalism and, last but not least, a healthy and strong value and deontological basis, a winning recipe for the success and growth prospects of the latter in the Italian markets and abroad.
